Who do you treat?

I am currently accepting new in-person patient appointments for those in the greater Cincinnati, OH area as well as patients arranging to travel. While my specialty is treating the adult population, I do treat children with complex health histories as well.

First steps in patient care

Patients will schedule three initial appointments when beginning to work with me.

(1) Initial appointment: 60 minutes

The first session will be 60 minutes long and will consist of a full health history intake, with an emphasis on truly listening to what perhaps no one else has listened to before.

This may include what you’ve always wanted to tell a healthcare practitioner about but there hasn’t been enough time or interest before.

It is incredibly important for me to know all medications and supplements you are currently taking, including names dosages, and brand names. If you do not wish to write them all out, bring them in with you to your first appointment.

Please also bring any lab results that have been taken within the past 6 months.

At the end of this first session, I will send you for either preliminary or additional lab work that we will review two weeks later in your second appointment.

(2) Second appointment: 30 minutes (2 weeks later)

The second appointment is where I will give you your personalized health plan based on our initial session as well as blood work results. This may also be when I send you for advanced stool, hormone, and/or urine testing based on initial findings.

(3) Third appointment: 30 minutes (30 days later)

After 30 days of integrating the lifestyle, dietary, and/or supplement changes given to you, we will then schedule 30 or 45 min follow-up appointments based on progress and health complaint resolution.

Fees & Insurance

While I do not take insurance to cover the cost of session consultations, I can order extensive lab work through Quest or Labcorp which may be covered under most major healthcare plans. Certain HSA plans may cover session fees as well as certain supplements.
